AGGRID is built on provenance and auditability. The same discipline applies to how we handle your data: collect only what the service needs, be clear about why, and never sell it.
AGGRID Inc. ("AGGRID", "we", "us") provides origin-intelligence software for the coffee trade. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact us at privacy@aggrid.io.
Account and contact data: name, work email, company, and role, provided when you request access, book a walkthrough, or contact us.
Usage data: how you interact with our website and product — pages viewed, features used, and general device and browser information — collected to operate and improve the service.
Operational data you provide: the origins, lots, suppliers, and procurement information you choose to bring into the platform. This is your data; we process it to deliver the service to you.
To provide and operate the service, respond to your requests, and deliver the intelligence and recommendations you ask for.
To improve our product and website, understand usage, and maintain security and reliability.
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and — only where permitted — relevant product information you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share the operational data you bring to AGGRID with other customers.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (to provide the service you request), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the service), consent (where required, such as certain communications), and legal obligation (where we must retain or disclose data by law).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@aggrid.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use a limited set of trusted service providers — for hosting, analytics, scheduling, and communications — who process data on our behalf under contract and only on our instructions. We require appropriate safeguards for any transfer of personal data across borders.
We may disclose data where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but provenance, access control, and auditability are central to how the product is built.
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site functions.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
