The terms below govern your use of AGGRID. They are written to be read — plainly, without hiding the parts that matter.
These General Terms govern your access to and use of the AGGRID website and services provided by AGGRID Inc. ("AGGRID", "we", "us"). By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Where you enter into a separate written agreement with AGGRID, that agreement governs and controls over any conflict with these terms.
AGGRID provides origin-intelligence software for the coffee trade — including SEER, which watches coffee origins, surfaces what is changing, and explains its recommendations with the evidence behind them.
We continuously work to improve the service. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
SEER provides decision intelligence — observations, inferences, confidence levels, and recommendations grounded in evidence. It is a tool to inform your judgment, not a substitute for it.
AGGRID does not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Recommendations are not guarantees of any outcome, and past performance or accuracy does not guarantee future results. Every procurement, hedging, or commercial decision — and its consequences — remains yours. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the service.
You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you bring to the platform and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
The operational data you bring to AGGRID remains yours. We process it to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain provenance and auditability across the intelligence we produce so that recommendations can be traced to their evidence.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data you bring into the platform.
AGGRID supports EUDR-related workflows, including due diligence documentation and evidence chains. Responsibility for regulatory compliance — including the accuracy and completeness of submissions to authorities — rests with the operator making the declaration. AGGRID provides tools to support compliance; it does not assume your legal obligations.
The service, including its software, design, and the AGGRID and SEER names and marks, is owned by AGGRID and protected by law. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — nothing more. You retain ownership of the data you bring to the platform.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGGRID will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AGGRID for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to AGGRID, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.
